Institute IMPACT (Institute for Modernization and Physical Activity) is an innovative international non-governmental organization committed to modernising the recreational sport and sport-for-all sector in Europe and beyond. Its mission is to contribute to a more active and healthier society by promoting physical activity as a fundamental right, accessible to people of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds.

At the heart of IMPACT’s work lies the conviction that sport and physical activity are powerful drivers of positive social change. Drawing on a broad, multidisciplinary network of experts in sport, kinesiology, health, education, communication, and management, the organization positions sport as an effective platform for education, advocacy, and societal transformation. Its initiatives consistently promote inclusion, sustainability, equality, physical and mental well-being, intergenerational and intercultural dialogue, and lifelong learning, with particular emphasis on developing innovative exercise programmes that address the challenges of increasingly sedentary lifestyles.

Basketball club CERAK (CERAK), Serbia

BC Cerak was established in 1997 and officially registered in 2000. Based in Belgrade, Serbia, the club focuses on developing young basketball players between the ages of 6 and 18. Training sessions are conducted in rented school sports halls, providing a structured and supportive environment for athletes to grow and develop. As an active member of the Basketball Federation of Belgrade, BC Cerak has trained numerous players who have gone on to compete at EuroLeague and ABA League levels. The club currently boasts approximately 800 players across both boys’ and girls’ categories and is supported by a team of 20 experienced and officially licensed coaches. Club’s mission is the holistic development of young athletes—not only improving their basketball skills but also shaping them into well-rounded individuals with strong values, academic discipline, and a sense of sportsmanship.

Širvintų sporto klubas (ŠSK), Lithuania

Širvintų sporto klubas is an association founded in 2016 with the goal of actively engaging the youth of the Širvintos region in meaningful activities. We believe that sports, education, and culture are powerful tools that help young people grow and develop. Since the day of our founding, we have aimed to create an environment where every young person feels important, can discover themselves, and realize their potential.

Our club’s teams actively compete at various levels — from regional competitions, where we represent the honor of Širvintos, to national championships and even international matches.

CONNECT International, Belgium

CONNECT International is a Brussels-based international network with the aim to serve as a hub for various stakeholders working on the digital rights and digital agenda, and consists of 34 NGO members and 18 stakeholders from 33 countries as well as over 50 individual experts gathered in our pool. Our work is guided by four strategic pillars, each carefully designed to complement and reinforce the others. These pillars form a cohesive framework that addresses the priority challenges and opportunities of the digital age.
